Fix A Friend

Fix A Friend Spay Neuter Clinic — created by Adopt An Angel — is a nonprofit veterinary clinic founded in 2013 with one mission: to wage war on pet overpopulation in Southeastern North Carolina. As part of the National Spay/Neuter Response Team, the clinic has delivered over 130,000 high-quality, low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, dramatically helping to reduce euthanasia rates in area shelters.

Staffed by expert veterinarians and a dedicated team, Fix A Friend serves not only the general public but also supports dozens of rescues and shelters—even those two hours away—offering cats and dogs affordable care like vaccinations and microchipping alongside surgery.
